I updated the links to point to MY more recent and still relevant blog posts that were under my user page on the wiki. Jeff's more video oriented posts have not been copied yet. Note all posts appear in their original form and have not been edited for conciseness. This includes dropping the shorthand version of "reply to all" and "moving your signature above quoted text" that was originally linked from this HOWTOs page. I did this to keep them of a similar length and to have a uniform look. We may want to edit them down later at Jeff's discretion if we feel it makes more sense with less surrounding extraneous information.

Also a couple of the original blog posts have been excluded due to being outdated, such as "Respond to your most important contacts first with Service Levels" and "Setting response (target) times for your tickets".
