My Account
The My Account section allows you to configure personal settings that only affect you, RSS Notifications, and Watchers.
General
The General tab allows you to change your personal settings.
Account Settings
- New Password: Enter the new password you would like to use
- Verify Password: Enter your password again to confirm it
- Timezone: Select your timezone
- Language: Select your language
E-Mail Addresses
- Add e-mail address: Add an e-mail address to your account.
Preferences
Assist Mode
- Enabled: When Assist Mode is enabled, you will see an assistant at the top of most pages of the helpdesk

great forum lots of helpful people just what i need can anybody tell me how they have built there list for people interested in marketing
hopefully this is just what im looking for, looks like i have a lot to read Im trying to find a way to build an e-mail list.
- Show comments in the conversation: When checked, comments will be displayed on the Conversation tab of a ticket
- Always used 'read all' mode (expand messages and sort chronologically): When checked, all tickets will appear as if you had hit the Read all button under View Ticket
