Time Tracking
To get to Time Tracking, click on 'helpdesk setup' then the 'Time Tracking' tab.
An activity is any job a worker can track time against. Activities can be billable and non-billable.
On the left side, you will a list of activities currently in the system, arranged under two sections, Billable and Non-Billable. Activities that appear under Billable have a Rate associated with them, while activities under Non-billable do not. The rate is displayed under each activity listed in the Billable section.
- Name: The name of the Activity.
- Rate: The rate per hour to charge for the activity. Please note that the customer will not be billed this rate by Cerb4, though you are free to use the information generated to bill them yourself. Usage of the Time Tracking plugin is explained in further detail in our Cookbook article <link out>
