Tasks
The Tasks tab allows you to add and track tasks for you and your workers to complete.
- Add Task: Clicking the Add Task button pops up the Add Task dialog box.
Clicking peek will pop up a panel that allows you to quickly view and edit a task.
- Source: If the Task was added from a ticket, the source will have a link to the ticket. Otherwise, this will not be displayed
- Title: The title of the task
- Due Date: The date the task is due. Clicking the calendar button will pop up a calendar dialog that allows you to pick a due date
- Worker: Selecting a worker from the list will assign the task to that worker. Clicking the me button will automatically select yourself in the list
- Completed: Checking this box will flag the task as being completed
Task
Clicking a task in the list allows you to view the task.
Notes
The Notes Tab shows you the notes for a task.
You can enter a note into the textarea, and checking the box for Notify workers will reveal a select box that will allow you to select which workers to notify.
Hovering over a note will display a delete link. Clicking the link will allow you to delete that note.
Properties
The Properties Tab allows you to edit the task.
- Title: The title of the task
- Due Date: The date the task is due. Clicking the calendar button will pop up a calendar dialog that allows you to pick a due date
- Worker: Selecting a worker from the list will assign the task to that worker. Clicking the me button will automatically select yourself in the list.
- Completed: Checking this box will flag the task as being completed.
