Helping your staff learn the Cerb4 lingo with Assist Mode

There is a built-in help feature you may have noticed the first time you logged in. Here for example is what you see up top when browsing the 'mail', 'Overview' tab.
The feature is a little outdated, so not every screen in the Helpdesk has this.
We call it "Assist Mode" and it can be turned on and off by each worker at anytime, click ‘my account’ and toggle it on/off from the ‘General’ tab.
You can quickly turn this off again by clicking 'close assistant' (see first screenshot).
